Logan is an engineering student that writes cell phones apps for fun and profit. His mother and grandmother are powerful witches that have kept the existence of magic and Logan’s aptitude for magic from the young engineer. The death of his mom on a vacation trip slammed him into the reality of magic. A brilliant engineering mind would, of course, view magic as just another form of energy. Cell phones manipulate energy, radio waves, infrared and light. Why not write an app to control magic?
